A day of cooking with Belinda – stress-free summer cooking

Belinda Jeffery

$285.00

What can you expect?

On arrival – we’ll greet you with open arms! And then we’ll all sit down with a cup of tea or coffee and a ‘little something sweet’ while we chat about the day ahead.

10.30a.m.’ish – 2pm – the cooking part. Hopefully, there will be lots of chat and laughter as we cook some of my very favourite dishes together to create a fabulous spring lunch.

Around 2pm – we sit down to feast on all we’ve made at a long table on the wide veranda (hopefully we’ll have a sunny day!) or if the weather gods aren’t smiling on us, we’ll set up in the lovely old hall. There will be wine to go with the dishes and delicious non-alcoholic drinks as an alternative.

At the end of the day you will leave with a full tummy; a recipe booklet; a happy heart (we hope!) and a little bag of goodies.

How to get there

If you live around Byron then you will already know!
If you’re coming from Brisbane then it’s 2 hours in the car
If you’re flying in for a holiday weekend then you have 3 airports to choose from – Ballina, Lismore, and Coolangatta (Gold Coast), all of which are only 45 minutes from Byron Bay

Closer to the time we shall send you instructions for how to get here.

Special note:

Please let me know if you have any particular dietary requirements and I shall do my best to fit in with them. However, as we’ll be eating ‘family style’ around the table, be aware that we may not be able to especially cater for you, but rest assured there is always plenty of choice.
