What can you expect?
On arrival – we’ll greet you with open arms! And then we’ll all sit down with a cup of tea or coffee and a homemade ‘little something sweet’ while we discuss the morning ahead.
10.30 am – 1pm – the cooking part. I’ll be showing you all the tips and techniques that you need to know to make truly fabulous shortcrust, olive oil, and flaky pastry. You’ll be able to taste and try all the dishes; ask as many questions as you like; and meet likeminded cooks.

The picturesque village of Federal in the beautiful hinterland of Byron Bay on the far north coast of NSW.

What is the cost of this special day?
$180.00 per person
The cost includes a 2 ½ hour cooking demonstration, recipe booklet, morning tea and tasting of all the dishes.
How to get there
If you live around Byron then you will already know!
If you’re coming from Brisbane then it’s 2 hours in the car
If you’re flying in for a holiday weekend then you have 3 airports to choose from – Ballina, Lismore, and Coolangatta (Gold Coast), all of which are only 45 minutes from Byron Bay
