What can you expect?
On arrival – we’ll greet you with open arms! And then we’ll all sit down with a cup of tea or coffee and a homemade ‘little something sweet’ while we discuss the morning ahead.
10.30 am – 1.30pm – the cooking part. I’ll be showing you all the tips, tricks and techniques you need to know to make truly fabulous shortcrust, olive oil, and flaky pastry. You’ll be able to taste and try all the dishes; ask as many questions as you like; and meet like-minded cooks.
